Support and Social Groups Online support and social groups What helps you thrive? | Tue 28th July, 2026 | 6pm Book your free ticket HERE Topic: What helps you thrive? Date: Tuesday 28th July, 2026 Time: 6 - 7.30pm Where: Via Zoom About this session What helps you feel your best, physically, mentally, or emotionally? How do you look after yourself during challenging times? What have you learned about wellbeing as you've got older? Self-care means different things to different people. For some, it's spending time with friends, being active, or getting out into nature. For others, it might be setting boundaries, enjoying hobbies, finding moments of calm, or simply taking time to rest. In this session, we'll share ideas, experiences, and practical ways we support our wellbeing. Together, we'll explore the habits, people, and activities that help us stay connected, resilient, and healthy, while learning from each other's journeys in a friendly and supportive space.
