We meet on Zoom, the 2nd and last Tuesday of the month, 7pm - 8.30pm. We will time travel to look at our lives 10 years into the future. What could life look like for you and how do we reduce potential isolation and loneliness. What would we say to our older selves and how does this sharing create greater connection and self-awareness and self-compassion for us all.
