About this session

Format: Discussion

Rejection is something we all experience at different points in our lives, whether in dating, relationships, friendships, family, work, or other opportunities. While it can be painful, it can also teach us about resilience, self-worth, and what matters most to us.
Join us for an open and supportive conversation as we explore our experiences of rejection and how we've learned to move forward.
What has helped you through difficult moments? What have you learned along the way? And how can we be kinder to ourselves when things don't go as planned?
Come along to share, listen, and connect with others in a welcoming and understanding space.
