LGBT Health Heroes support

The LGBT Health Heroes support packs have been created as a support guide for people who have attended and completed the LGBT HERO Health Heroes training.

The packs provide further information and tools to support you in being able to have open conversations and provide information and support around mental health and wellbeing, sexual health and wellbeing, LGBTQ+ life, suicide, hate crime, drugs and alcohol and activism within your LGBTQ+ community. You can use the packs as a reference when having health discussions and you can find
important information about where you can help people find further support.
