This Pride season The Gym Group are running classes across the country in support of its LGBTQIA+ members and to raise money for LGBT HERO.

Every donation will go towards LGBT HERO's vital work for LGBTQ+ people, including online support groups and support forums, health factsheets and information, and improving the mental health and wellbeing of the community.
